Prior to the decision to sell my house, I met with Danny Belitski of T.R.E.E. to discuss his handling the rental of my house in Ventura. Until then I had rented it myself, an unhappy experience. Once I handed it to Danny and Liz, I was freed of the worry and angst. For two years I deposited the rent checks and let Danny handle everything else. So easy! I met Danny about 3 1/2 years ago and could tell within a few minutes I was dealing with someone special. Friendly, professional, and very well prepared for our first meeting left me duly impressed. And he lived up to and exceeded that first impression. Our home was quickly rented allowing my wife and I to both eliminate a over an hour of commuting each day.
